Duplicate Aadhar Card

If you have lost or misplaced your Aadhaar card, or if you are unaware of your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID, you have the option to obtain a duplicate copy of your Aadhaar card. In the event that you do not have the acknowledgement slip, you can retrieve your enrolment number or Aadhaar number from the UIDAI website. Additionally, you can visit the Aadhaar Enrolment Centre to retrieve your Aadhaar card. The Aadhaar card serves as both proof of identity and proof of address. It is crucial for accessing various government-aided subsidies, opening a bank account, and making investments in fixed deposits, mutual funds, and more. While it is important to safeguard your Aadhaar card, if it is lost or misplaced, obtaining a duplicate card is a straightforward process. The duplicate card will have the same card number and other details as the original card.
