Upon the submission of your PAN Card application through various channels, the processing period is approximately 15 days. Following this, the PAN Card is dispatched via India Post Speed Post to the official communication address specified on the application form. To stay informed about the shipping and delivery progress, there are three methods to check the status: through the NSDL website, the UTIITSL website, or the India Post tracking website.
To track your PAN Card application status on the NSDL website, you will receive a 15-digit acknowledgement number upon application, whether online or physical. On the UTIITSL Portal, you can monitor the delivery status using either the ‘Application Coupon Number’ or the PAN Number along with the applicant’s date of birth or date of incorporation.
For tracking the delivery status on the India Post Portal, once your application is processed, it will be dispatched via Speed Post to the Official Communication Address specified on your application. Depending on where you submitted the application, you can check the application status on either the NSDL website or the UTIITSL portal for updates on the process. Typically, the process is completed within 15 days, and once dispatched, the Speed Post Consignment number will be updated on the tracking portals. Use this Speed Post Consignment number to track the package on the India Post website.

Enter the consignment number along with the security code.
Click on the “Search” button.

Individuals who have submitted their PAN card applications online through UTIITSL can avail of the facility to track the delivery status of their PAN card. It’s important to note that this service is exclusive to applicants who have utilized the UTIITSL platform for form submission. Here’s how applicants can track the PAN card delivery status online through the UTIITSL portal:

Visit the UTIITSL PAN Card Status Tracking Portal.
Enter the “Application Coupon number” or your “PAN”.
In the subsequent field, provide one of the following options: Date of Birth / Incorporation / Agreement / Partnership or Trust Deed / Formation of Body of Individuals / Association of Persons.
Enter the security code and click on “Submit”.
The status of your PAN card application will be promptly displayed on the screen.
