You can initiate the registration process online and complete the application electronically. After submission, it takes approximately 15 days for your application to be registered. Meanwhile, you can track the status of your GST registration using the Application Reference Number (ARN) on the official GST portal.
Visit the GST official portal online. Under ‘ Services’, click on Track Application Status.
The Application Reference Number (ARN) is a distinctive identifier assigned to each transaction conducted on the GST portal. It is generated when a GST enrollment application is submitted, typically using a digital signature. This unique ARN serves as a reference number that can be utilized to monitor the status of your GST registration application throughout the process.
Provisional Status:
Your application has been submitted, and a provisional ID has been issued. However, the final filing is pending.
Pending for Verification Status:
Your application has been successfully filed, but verification is pending.
Validation Against Error Status:
There is an issue with PAN details; immediate correction is required.
Migrated Status:
Successful migration to GST has been completed.
Cancelled Status:
Application has been canceled, and reapplication may be needed after rectification or if not eligible.
